I believe that you chose to read this letter because something is not okay with you, or maybe out of complete boredom. If you belong to the former category, I’d really ask you to give me chance to make you believe that this world isn’t so bitter.
There are so many things in our hearts which we cannot say out loud, things that bother us, things that disturb our mental peace, things that force us to believe that no one would ever understand what it feels like to be in our shoes. The man of this 21st century is so corroded by what others will think of him that he forgets to acknowledge his own emotions. I don’t know dear what you’re going through in your life right now. Maybe you just ended your toxic relationship, maybe you couldn’t do well in your exams, is everything alright in your closed circle? Ask yourself these questions. The poignant questions that you avoid so bravely.
The first step to recovery is to realize what’s actually in your head, what is it that you cannot come in terms with. What we forget during our misery is that we are not alone. On a planet of about 8 billion people, there’s always someone who will hear us, someone who might be going through the exact same thing.
I know looking for that someone isn’t on your mind and I am not even asking you to do it. What I want you to understand here is that YOU ARE NOT ALONE. You are not alone. No honey, you might be alone in your house but you can always, always come out of your shell and ask for help. The greatest courage, what I believe, lies is in the fact that you’re brave enough to stand face to face with your problem. You’re brave enough to open your door to the demons of your mind.
And now that you’ve welcomed your demons, its time to get rid of them. BREATHE, BREATHE, BREATHE. Take deep breaths. And learn to let go of everything that you cannot control. Learn to let go of everything that has been holding you back since time immemorial. Learn to let go of all the grudges and pains of the past. Because that all lies in the past. And past isn’t something that you can control. So rather than pondering on where it all went downhill, take your time to make this ride all the way up to the seventh heaven.
Lastly, never lose hope. In simpler words, hope in our life is the same as sunshine to a plant. Not everything is gonna go the way you planned it and sometimes you’ll see how destiny has something better for you, something you couldn’t possibly think of. Maybe letting that toxic relationship end will make you meet better people in your life or that examination will make you realize how you’re made for something entirely different. Hope is the driving force in my life.
Hope that tomorrow will be a better day. Hope that tomorrow holds endless opportunities for you. And even if it doesn’t, don’t lose hope because you still have the next day.
“While there is life, there is hope”
There should be no boundaries to human endeavor. We are all different. However bad life may seem, there is always something you can do, and succeed at. While there’s life, there is hope. (Stephen Hawking)”
