Inatur Moroccan Argan Oil Shampoo Review

After trying out the Inatur Kumkumadi Serum (to read the review click here) I thought of trying out the Inatur Moroccan Argan Oil shampoo. This idea came to me when the manager of the Inatur store (DLF Mall, Saket) in Delhi gave me this sachet (tester) sample of the Inatur Moroccan Argan Oil shampoo. He advised me to try this out after seeing my dry and frizzy hair.

However, that was not the reason I bought the Inatur Moroccan Argan Oil shampoo bottle. The quantity of the tester was very less and half of it went down the drain due to my carelessness.

A month later bought the whole bottle of Inatur Moroccan argan oil shampoo online. Which I bought during a sale on the Inatur website and I got it for 20% off. And I am happy that I did.

The packaging is ok; it has a pump which is good. The price for quantity is slightly higher when compared to the regular shampoos you get in stores. As I believe a lot in natural products than chemical filled packaging, so this was the shampoo for me.

To know more about this Inatur Moroccan Argan Oil shampoo you have to know about my hair. It is very dry, frizzy and easily gets damaged although I do not use any coloring or chemicals. My college friends and schoolmates used to make fun of my hair and compare it to a haystack

Earlier I was using Khadi it was ok but Inatur Moroccan argan oil shampoo was definitely an improvement. My hair used to be so dry that it needed constant combing and grooming or it would become messy.

Inatur argan oil shampoo gave me an instant result. My hair did not look frizzy, it looked settled down and I didn’t even apply a conditioner. My hair also had a shine which is remarkable for me.

Over the years I maintained my hair using all home products to make them settle down a bit. The shampoo claims to be organic and sulphate free. It also claims to improve split ends problem – I think which is the root cause for frizzy hair, it is supposed to treat dry scalp (which was not prominent earlier but with the oil, I was using it became evident). Many people in my office asked what is the difference in my hair.

Along with the Inatur Moroccan Argan Oil shampoo also started using Kama Ayurveda Brigngraj hair oil which made my hair look more conditioned, groomed and definitely not dry. Another thing why I liked this shampoo is that oil was easy to remove. Usually, when we use organic/mild shampoos it becomes so difficult to remove hair oil. This was not the case with this shampoo. You really do not need to go for 2 washes, one is more than enough. However, spread it evenly because of course unlike a regular convenience store chemical shampoo it will take time to build.

The main ingredients are Argan, Rosemary, Brahmi, and Lavender oil.

The pros of the Inatur argan oil shampoo which is made in India are:

  1. It helps settle down the frizz and hair looks conditioned.
  2. It removes oil without any issue. Only one wash is required.
  3. The smell is light and amazing.
  4. The effect was fantabulous.
  5. It is Sulphur free, paraben free and does not have animal fat.
  6. The good part about Inatur is that you can return the empty bottle at their store and avail some discount.

The cons of the shampoo are mostly nothing except the price:

  1. It didn’t start hair fall but it did not stop it as well so a neutral towards it.
  2. It costs a bit on the higher end- Rs. 750 for 350 ml (You can get it through Amazon or buy it when Inatur has a sale).
  3. The Inatur stores are scarcely located so we have to depend online.
